Villa des Chene is a pet friendly community. The following rules are in place to ensure the peaceful enjoyment and safety of our residents. All pets must be approved by management. Having a pet at Villa des Chene is a privilege, not a right. Management has the right to refuse any pet it feels may potentially destroy property, bark excessively or that displays aggressive behavior. Aggressive breeds such as Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Chihuahuas etc. are not permitted.
