Q. What is included in my Apartment?
A. Your Apartment should
have all of the items listed on Facility Requirement Checklist (FRC). The
FRC is used by Southgate Realty and FMWRC to ensure all items are in the
apartment at check-in and check-out. FRCs are given to you when you receive
your keys at check-in.
Q. What do I do if an item on my FRC isn’t
in the unit or working properly?
A. It depends on the severity of the issue.
A. If the issue is minor, note the issue on your FRC. The issue will be fixed
when the FRC is returned to Southgate Realty.
A. If an issue needs attention
before then, note the issue on your FRC and contact Southgate Realty directly.
Most issues can be resolved quickly.
Q. Can I request to switch apartments or make a specific roommate request?
A. Southgate Realty will be happy to document your request and forward a copy to FMWRC Central Reservation Center (CRC). Central Reservation Center must approve all assignment changes.
Q. How do I get my new mailing address and phone number?
A. You will receive your mailing address and phone number at check-in. There should also be a copy on your refrigerator. If you still need assistance please email us at info@TCSLodging.com
Q. Do I report maintenance issues to Southgate Realty or the apartment complex?
A. You are more than welcome to report maintenance issues directly to your property If you find it more convenient. The properties we use for TCS housing are there to help you just like any other tenant. If you feel like your requests are not being properly handled by the property, the best way resolve the issue is to report your request to Southgate Realty so we can have documentation.
